Community Development and Support Expenditure Scheme

The Community Development and Support Expenditure (CDSE) Scheme is designed to ensure that larger registered clubs in NSW contribute to the provision of front-line services to their local communities; and to ensure that the disadvantaged in the community are better positioned to  enefit from the substantial contributions made by those clubs.

Community Groups in the local area now have an opportunity to formally apply for funding made available from profits generated at local clubs through poker machines.
The Community Development and Support Expenditure Scheme has been established to formalise this funding process.
Community groups are encouraged to apply for funding by completing an application form. The details are then processed by representatives from Hornsby Council, the Clubs, the Department of Community Services and community organisations.
